To advance to the championship game, Miura won 9-2 over Mami Onodera (Sapporo, JPN) in the semifinals

Miura finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Miura lost 7-5 to Nana Noguchi (Kitami, JPN), then responded with a 8-6 win over Kawamura. Miura won 10-1 against Shiori Nishinaga (Sapporo, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Japan Intercollegiate Curling Championship Championship title, Miura earned 3.750 world rankings points.
