Seo finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Seo defeated Hoshina Tamura (Nagano, JPN) 6-5, then won 5-4 against Yuka Serizawa (Tokyo, JPN). Seo went on to lose 5-4 against Onodera in their final qualifying round match.

With their fourth place finish at the Japan Intercollegiate Curling Championship, Seo take home 1.500 world rankings points. For week 19 of the event schedule, Seo did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Seo ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
