Miyu Ueno (Karuizawa, JPN) finished 6-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ueno defeated Kristin Moen Skaslien (Oslo, NOR) 6-5, then went on to lose 7-4 against Marie Kaldvee (Tallinn, EST). Ueno responded with a 8-3 win over Jasmin Lander (Hvidovre, DEN). Ueno went on to lose 8-2 against Italy's Stefania Constantini. Ueno responded with a 7-4 win over Oihane Otaegi (San Sebastian, ESP). Ueno won 7-5 against Lena Kapp (Fuessen, GER), then won 7-5 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR). Ueno went on to lose 8-7 against Kseniya Shevchuk (Megeve, FRA). Ueno responded with a 8-7 win over Briar Schwaller (Bern, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Ueno earned 24.750 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 40 of the event schedule, Ueno did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Ueno ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
