Emma Artichuk (Guelph, ON) finished 3-0 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Artichuk defeated Charlotte Johnston (Barrie, ON) 9-4, then won 6-3 against Mackenzie Kiemele (Toronto, ON) and 6-1 against Amanda Gebhardt (Listowel, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Ontario Scotties Open Qualifier Championship title, Artichuk earned 6.500 world rankings points. For week 24 of the event schedule, Artichuk did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Artichuk ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
