To advance to the championship game, Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni won 6-3 over Italy's Stefania Constantini in the semifinals of the 2024 BKT Tires World Women's Curling Championship in Sydney, Nova Scotia;
 
Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni finished 10-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni defeated Korea's Eun ji Gim 7-4, then won 10-3 against United States's Tabitha Peterson and 9-3 against Estonia's Liisa Turmann. Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni won 8-7 against Turkiye's Dilsat Yildiz, then won 10-3 against Japan's Miyu Ueno and 6-3 against Norway's Marianne Roervik. Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni went on to lose 8-5 against Canada's Rachel Homan. Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni lost 6-5 to Scotland's Rebecca Morrison where Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni responded with a 10-2 win over New Zealand's Jessica Smith. Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni won 9-1 against Denmark's Madeleine Dupont, then won 6-2 against Italy's Stefania Constantini and 4-2 against Sweden's Anna Hasselborg in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the BKT Tires World Women's Curling Championship, Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni take home 60.500 world rankings points, remaining in 2nd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 26.75 after improving upon their best so far this season.
