Klima went on to lose 6-4 against Marc Muskatewitz (Fuessen, GER). Klima lost 6-3 to Bruce Mouat (Edinburgh, SCO). Klima lost 7-4 to Yannick Schwaller (Geneve, SUI) where Klima responded with a 10-8 win over Magnus Ramsfjell (Trondheim, NOR). Klima went on to lose 8-5 against Wouter Gosgens (Zoetermeer, NED). Klima lost 6-3 to John Shuster (Duluth, USA) in their final qualifying round match.

Klima earned 16.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. Klima move up 11 spots after posting a net gain of 14.25 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 52nd overall with 64.688 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
