Japan's Hatsue Hirama lost 12-5 to Yui Oozeki (Tokyo, JPN) in the Final of the Kanto Curling Championships, held December 8 - 10, 2023 at the Karuizawa Ice Park in Karuizawa, Japan. To advance to the championship game, Japan's Hatsue Hirama won 7-2 over Yumi Suzuki (Tokyo , JPN) in the semifinals of the 2024 Kanto Curling Championships in Karuizawa, Japan, Japan;

Japan's Hatsue Hirama finished 1-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Japan's Hatsue Hirama lost 6-5 to Japan's Kaoruko Nomura, then responded with a 8-5 win over Japan's Shoko Watanabe. Japan's Hatsue Hirama went on to lose 7-1 against Japan's Ayane Amano in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Kanto Curling Championships, Japan's Hatsue Hirama take home 2.750 world rankings points. For week 20 of the event schedule, Japan's Hatsue Hirama did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Japan's Hatsue Hirama ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
