Yui Oozeki (Tokyo, JPN) won 12-5 over Japan's Hatsue Hirama in the Final of the Kanto Curling Championships, held December 8 - 10, 2023 at the Karuizawa Ice Park in Karuizawa, Japan. To advance to the championship game, Oozeki won 8-3 over Japan's Kaoruko Nomura in the semifinals
 
Oozeki finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Oozeki defeated Japan's Michiko Segawa 7-1, then went on to lose 8-7 against Yumi Suzuki (Tokyo , JPN). Oozeki responded with a 14-2 win over Japan's Ayumi Yokota in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Kanto Curling Championships Championship title, Oozeki earned 3.750 world rankings points, moving up 10 spots the World Ranking Standings into 125th place overall with 15.354 total points. Oozeki ranks 115th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 12.750 points earned so far this season.
