Wilson/Horvath finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wilson/Horvath defeated Steph Jackson-Baier/Cameron de Jong (Victoria, BC) 9-6, then won 8-2 against Kayla Wilson/Jordan Tardi (Victora, BC) and 7-6 against Shawna Jensen/Daniel Deng (Vancouver, BC). Wilson/Horvath won 9-3 against Shannon Ward/Robbie Gallaugher (Vancouver, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Wilson/Horvath earned 6.375 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the BC Mixed Doubles Championship. For week 23 of the event schedule, Wilson/Horvath did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 164th place on the World Ranking Standings with 7.126 total points.
