Jaxon Hiebert (Edmonton, AB) lost 8-5 to Peter Hlushak (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the CYCA Ray Kingsmith Memorial Bonspiel, held December 28 - 30, 2023 at the Airdrie Curling Club in Airdrie, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Hiebert won 5-4 over Nolan Duncan (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2023 CYCA Ray Kingsmith Memorial Bonspiel in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada;
 
Hiebert finished 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hiebert defeated Duncan 9-0, then went on to lose 7-6 against Hlushak. Hiebert responded with a 16-0 win over Easton Burgess (Airdrie, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
