Isabelle Einspieler (St. Gallen, SUI) lost 5-0 to Emira Abbes (Fuessen, GER) in the Final of the St. Galler Elite Challenge, held January 18 - 21, 2024 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Einspieler went on to lose 5-4 against Blair in their final qualifying round match.
