Callie Soutar (Stirling, GBR) won 7-6 over Katrine Schmidt (Hvidovre, DEN) in the Final of the Winter Youth Olympic Games - Doubles, held January 26 - February 1, 2024 in Gangneung, Korea. To advance to the championship game, Soutar won 6-5 over Maja Roxin (Harnosand, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2024 Winter Youth Olympic Games - Doubles in Gangneung, Korea; and won 7-5 over Joy Sutor (Fuessen, GER) in the quarterfinals.
 
Soutar finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Soutar defeated Oluwanimifise Wale-Adeogun (Accra, NGR) 18-0, then went on to lose 11-2 against Korea's Chaewon Lee. Soutar responded with a 8-3 win over Julie Zelingrova (Prague, CZE). Soutar won 8-4 against Lola Nagy (Budapest, HUN), then won 7-6 against Cailey Locke (St. John's, CAN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Soutar ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
