Simon Granbom (Gavle, SWE) lost 5-3 to Sweden's Fredrik Nyman in the Final of the Swedish Curling Championships, held January 31 - February 4, 2024 in Jonkoping, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Granbom won 10-4 over Axel Rosander (Norrkoping, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2024 Swedish Curling Championships in Jonkoping, Sweden; Simon Granbom (Gavle, SWE) qualified for the 2024 Swedish Curling Championships playoffs, set to play their quarterfinals match against Mats Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE).

Granbom finished 2-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Granbom defeated Magnus Heldin (Uppsala, SWE) 9-3, then won 9-2 against Johan Bergman (Sundbyberg, SWE). Granbom went on to lose 9-1 against Johan Nygren (Umea, SWE). Granbom lost 6-4 to Claes Mattsson (Jonkoping, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Swedish Curling Championships, Granbom take home 5.500 world rankings points.
