Wiksten/Wiksten finished 4-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wiksten/Wiksten defeated Holtermann/Jensen 12-3, then won 7-4 against Sophie Chang/Liam Goldbeck (Copenhagen, DEN) and 10-5 against Signe Schack/Tobias Thune (Gentofte, DEN). Wiksten/Wiksten went on to lose 7-3 against Lander/Holtermann. Wiksten/Wiksten responded with a 6-2 win over Mona Jensen/Morten Berger (Hvidovre, DEN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Danish National Mixed Doubles Championship, Wiksten/Wiksten take home 2.750 world rankings points.
