Venance finished 4-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Venance defeated David Loken (White Rock, BC) 11-0, then won 6-2 against Connor Deane (New Westminster, BC). Venance went on to lose 5-4 against Evan Van Amsterdam (Edmonton, AB). Venance lost 6-0 to Cameron de Jong (Victoria, BC) where Venance responded with a 8-6 win over Dave Belway (Salmon Arm, BC). Venance won 8-1 against Xueqing Fei (BEI JING, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.

Venance earned 7.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic. For week 10 of the event schedule, Venance did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Venance ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
