Retornaz lost 5-2 to Epping where Retornaz responded with a 9-1 win over Takumi Maeda (Tokoro, JPN) to advance to the C-Qualifier where they 6-3 against Scott Howard (Navan, ON) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

Retornaz earned 29.750 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Henderson Metal Fall Classic presented by Kioti Tractors of Ontario.
