Matt Dunstone (Winnipeg, MB) won 7-5 over Marco Hoesli (Glarus, SUI) in the Final of the Henderson Metal Fall Classic presented by Kioti Tractors of Ontario, held October 17 - 20, 2024 at the YNCU Curling Centre in Sault Ste.Marie, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Dunstone won 9-2 over Joel Retornaz (Cembra, ITA) in the semifinals of the 2024 Henderson Metal Fall Classic presented by Kioti Tractors of Ontario in Sault Ste.Marie, Ontario, Canada; and won 6-5 over John Epping (Sudbury, NO) in the quarterfinals.
 
Dunstone finished 4-0 in the 28-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dunstone defeated Matthew Hunt (Sault Ste Marie, NO) 7-3, then won 8-2 against Magnus Ramsfjell (Trondheim, NOR) and 6-2 against Mike McEwen (Saskatoon, SK) to advance to the A-Qualifier where they 8-4 against Retornaz to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Henderson Metal Fall Classic presented by Kioti Tractors of Ontario Championship title, Dunstone earned 52.500 world rankings points along with the $25,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 12 of the event schedule, Dunstone did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Dunstone ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
