John Epping (Sudbury, NO) qualified for the 2024 Henderson Metal Fall Classic presented by Kioti Tractors of Ontario playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-5 against Matt Dunstone (Winnipeg, MB).
 
Epping finished 5-2 in the 28-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Epping defeated Shinya Abe (Sapporo, JPN) 10-2, then went on to lose 5-4 against Joel Retornaz (Cembra, ITA). Epping responded with a 8-0 win over Jongduk Park (Gangwon, KOR). Epping won 7-1 against Sandy MacEwan (Sudbury, NO), then won 5-2 against Retornaz to advance to a B-Qualifier game where they lost 9-4 against Mark Kean (Woodstock, ON) to drop into a C-Qualifier game where they responded with a 7-6 win over Brad Jacobs (Edmonton, AB) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
 
Epping earned 21.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Henderson Metal Fall Classic presented by Kioti Tractors of Ontario. For week 12 of the event schedule, Epping did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
