Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA) lost 6-4 to Rebecca Mariani (Trentino, ITA) in the Final of the Italian National Curling Championship, held February 7 - 11, 2024 in Pinerolo, Italy. To advance to the championship game, Constantini won 7-3 over Veronica Zappone (Torino, ITA) in the semifinals of the 2024 Italian National Curling Championship in Pinerolo, Italy;
 
Constantini finished 4-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Constantini defeated Giorgia Maurino (Trentino, ITA) 11-1, then won 9-3 against Denise Pimpini (Piemonte, ITA) and 4-2 against Zappone. Constantini went on to lose 7-3 against Mariani. Constantini responded with a 11-1 win over Giada Mosaner (Trentino, ITA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Italian National Curling Championship, Constantini take home 8.250 world rankings points. For week 29 of the event schedule, Constantini did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 8th place on the World Ranking Standings with 226.000 total points. Constantini ranks 8th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 226.000 points earned so far this season.
