Normand Bornais (Quebec, QC) lost 7-3 to Mathieu Beaufort (Tracy, QC) in the Final of the Curling Quebec Regional Caravan, held October 13 - 15, 2023 at the Trois-Rivières Curling Club in Trois-Rivières, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Bornais won 6-4 over Alexandre Leduc (Valleyfield, QC) in the semifinals of the 2024 Curling Quebec Regional Caravan in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada; and won 6-4 over Quebec's Stephane Michaud in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 Curling Quebec Regional Caravan in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada;

Bornais finished 3-1 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bornais defeated Robin Duguay (Buckingham, QC) 9-0, then won 7-2 against Quebec's Jerome Adam. Bornais went on to lose 9-7 against Patrick Martin (Trois-Rivieres, QC). Bornais responded with a 7-4 win over Leduc in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Curling Quebec Regional Caravan, Bornais take home 2.750 world rankings points, moving up 56 spots the World Ranking Standings into 237th place overall with 5.937 total points.
