Thiesse/Dropkin finished 7-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . Thiesse/Dropkin won 6-2 against Kim Rhyme/Jason Smith (Minneapolis, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the USA Curling Mixed Doubles National Championship, Thiesse/Dropkin take home 24.750 world rankings points, dropping 13 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 820th place overall with 91.938 total points.
