Matt Dunstone (Winnipeg, MB) run at the 2024 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 1 came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-3 loss to Brad Gushue (St. John's, NL). of the 2024 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 1 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; Dunstone advanced through the quarterfinals with a 6-5 win over Brad Jacobs (Edmonton, AB). of the 2024 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 1 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island;

Dunstone finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dunstone defeated Mike McEwen (Saskatoon, SK) 6-5, then won 6-2 against Joel Retornaz (Cembra, ITA). Dunstone went on to lose 7-5 against Jacobs. Dunstone lost 8-3 to Yannick Schwaller (Geneve, SUI) where Dunstone responded with a 6-5 win over John Shuster (Duluth, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

Dunstone earned 42.500 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 1. For week 10 of the event schedule, Dunstone did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
