To advance to the championship game, Yoshimura won 6-5 over Momoha Tabata (Sapporo, JPN) in the semifinals of the 2024 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; and won 7-1 over Beth Peterson (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals.

Yoshimura finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Yoshimura defeated Tabata 7-6, then won 7-4 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) and 9-4 against Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2, Yoshimura take home 30.250 world rankings points along with the $8,000CDN prize. For week 10 of the event schedule, Yoshimura did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Yoshimura ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
