To advance to the championship game, Homan won 7-6 over Eunjung Kim (Gangneung, KOR) in the semifinals of the 2024 KIOTI National in St. John, Newfoundland / Labrador; and won 7-6 over Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 KIOTI National in St. John, Newfoundland / Labrador;
 
Homan finished 4-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan defeated Chelsea Carey (Winnipeg, MB) 8-3, then won 6-3 against Christina Black (Halifax, NS) and 7-3 against Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). Homan won 11-6 against Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the KIOTI National Championship title, Homan earned 75.000 world rankings points along with the $44,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 45 after improving upon their best so far this season. Homan ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 298.750 points earned so far this season.
