Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO) qualified for the 2024 Co-op Canadian Open playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Joel Retornaz (Cembra, ITA). of the 2024 Co-op Canadian Open in Nisku, Alberta;
 
Whyte finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Whyte defeated Michael Brunner (Bern, SUI) 7-4, then won 5-2 against James Craik (Stirling, SCO) and 6-2 against Reid Carruthers (Winnipeg, MB). Whyte went on to lose 7-3 against Retornaz in their final qualifying round match.
 
Whyte earned 30.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Co-op Canadian Open. For week 15 of the event schedule, Whyte did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
