Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO) won 6-5 over Christina Black (Halifax, NS) in the Final of the Stu Sells 1824 Halifax Classic, held October 30 - November 3, 2024 at the Halifax Curling Club in Halifax, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Morrison won 8-4 over Sylvie Quillian (Moncton, NB) in the semifinals of the 2024 Stu Sells 1824 Halifax Classic in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada;
 
Morrison finished 4-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Morrison lost 5-4 to Cassidy Blades (Halifax, NS), then responded with a 9-2 win over Laurie St-Georges (Montreal, QC). Morrison won 5-0 against Hollie Duncan (Woodstock, ON), then won 8-2 against Allyson MacNutt (Halifax, NS) and 4-3 against Fay Henderson (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Stu Sells 1824 Halifax Classic Championship title, Morrison earned 30.000 world rankings points along with the $7,500CDN first prize cheque. For week 14 of the event schedule, Morrison did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Morrison ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
