Loken went on to lose 8-4 against Sterling Middleton (Edmonton, AB). Loken responded with a 10-6 win over Jay Wakefield (New Westminster, BC). Loken went on to lose 6-5 against Neil Dangerfield (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Loken earned 0.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 15 of the event schedule, Loken did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Loken ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
