Hodek finished 4-2 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hodek defeated Mason Guentzel (Chaska, MN) 7-4, then went on to lose 10-0 against Ethan Sampson (Chaska, MN). Hodek lost 5-4 to Riley Smith (Winnipeg, MB) where Hodek responded with a 5-3 win over Guentzel. Hodek won 6-5 against Wesley Wendling (Chaska, MN), then won 5-4 against Caden Hebert (Eau Claire, WI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Hodek earned 12.750 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the DEKALB Superspiel. For week 17 of the event schedule, Hodek did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Hodek ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
