In their opening game, Whitbread defeated Irelande McMahon (Calgary, AB) 8-7, then won 8-3 against Kaylin Young (Edmonton, AB) and 8-3 against Myla Plett (Airdrie, AB). Whitbread went on to lose 6-4 against Emma Deschiffart (Lacombe, AB). Whitbread responded with a 8-7 win over Shianna Lind (Edmonton, AB). Whitbread went on to lose 11-8 against Gracelyn Richards (Edmonton, AB). Whitbread lost 9-3 to Kayleigh Shannon (Calgary, AB). Whitbread lost 10-4 to Grace Beaudry (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Whitbread earned 0.750 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins.
