In their opening game, Dryburgh defeated Nicola Brand (Baden, SUI) 6-5, then went on to lose 8-7 against Lars Brauchli (Wildhaus, SUI). Dryburgh responded with a 8-2 win over Nathan Jeckelmann (Lausanne, SUI). Dryburgh won 7-5 against Simon Ringgenberg (Interlaken, SUI), then won 6-5 against Loris Caccivio (Basel, SUI). Dryburgh went on to lose 8-7 against Caccivio. Dryburgh lost 11-6 to Brauchli where Dryburgh responded with a 8-1 win over Ringgenberg in their final qualifying round match.

Dryburgh earned 2.125 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Swiss Junior Championships. For week 35 of the event schedule, Dryburgh did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Dryburgh ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
