Drewitz went on to lose 6-4 against Dylan Derksen (Martensville, SK). Drewitz lost 7-5 to Parker Tipple (St. John's, NL) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Drewitz earned 1.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 11 spots the World Ranking Standings into 180th place overall with 8.813 total points. Drewitz ranks 179th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.813 points earned so far this season.
