Tahli Gill/Dean Hewitt (Brisbane, AUS) won 8-3 over Paige Papley/Evan van Amsterdam (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Saville Mixed Doubles Classic, held October 18 - 20, 2024 at the Saville Community Sports Centre in Edmonton, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Gill/Hewitt won 6-2 over Kyeongae Kim/Jihoon Seong (Gangneung, KOR) in the semifinals of the 2024 Saville Mixed Doubles Classic in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and won 7-1 over Amanda Sluchinski/Aaron Sluchinski (Airdrie, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Gill/Hewitt finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gill/Hewitt defeated Rachel Jacques/William Butler (Edmonton, AB) 9-2, then won 9-0 against Alyssa Nedohin/Jaxon Hiebert (Edmonton, AB) and 14-1 against Darah Blandford/Matthew Blandford (Cold Lake, AB). Gill/Hewitt won 7-2 against Sluchinski/Sluchinski in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Saville Mixed Doubles Classic Championship title, Gill/Hewitt earned 26.250 world rankings points along with the $2,750CDN first prize cheque. For week 12 of the event schedule, Gill/Hewitt did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Gill/Hewitt ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
