Ethan Sampson (Chaska, MN) qualified for the 2024 Saville Shootout playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-5 against Mike McEwen (Saskatoon, SK). of the 2024 Saville Shootout in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada;
 
Sampson finished 4-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sampson defeated Yusuke Morozumi (Karuizawa, JPN) 9-4, then won 6-3 against Zach Davies (Edmonton, AB). Sampson went on to lose 6-4 against Steve Laycock (Swift Current, SK). Sampson responded with a 7-2 win over Scott Dunnam (Philadelphia, PA). Sampson won 5-1 against Aaron Sluchinski (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Sampson earned 15.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Saville Shootout. For week 6 of the event schedule, Sampson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
