Libbus finished 2-1 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Libbus lost 10-4 to Zach Davies (Edmonton, AB), then responded with a 8-3 win over Kolby MacDonald (Edmonton, AB). Libbus won 8-7 against Kenan Wipf (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
