To advance to the championship game, Marks won 5-3 over Taylor Reese-Hansen (Victoria, BC) in the semifinals of the 2024 SGI Canada Best of the West in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada;
 
Marks finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Marks lost 8-1 to Emily Cherwinski (Winnipeg, MB), then responded with a 6-5 win over Reese-Hansen. Marks won 8-2 against Bailey Kozma (Regina, SK), then won 8-5 against Serena Gray-Withers (Edmonton, AB) and 6-3 against Gracelyn Richards (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the SGI Canada Best of the West Championship title, Marks earned 18.750 world rankings points along with the $8,000CDN first prize cheque. Marks move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of 14.25 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 37th overall with 92.313 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Marks ranks 37th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 92.313 points earned so far this season.
