Westman/Ahlberg finished 4-2 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Westman/Ahlberg defeated Randine Baker/Tanner Lott (Selkirk, MB) 8-6, then went on to lose 7-1 against Koana/Aoki. Westman/Ahlberg lost 7-6 to Robyn Henry/Rob Gordon (Winnipeg, MB) where Westman/Ahlberg responded with a 9-5 win over Rhea Teranishi/Mike Siwicki (Winnipeg, MB). Westman/Ahlberg won 8-3 against Sherry Just/Kyle Cherpin (Prince Albert, SK), then won 7-4 against Kirstin Nickel/Gabriel Nickel (Hudson, WI) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Mixed Doubles Super Series - Winnipeg, Westman/Ahlberg take home 16.500 world rankings points along with the $4,000CDN prize. For week 15 of the event schedule, Westman/Ahlberg did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Westman/Ahlberg ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
