To advance to the championship game, Tran/Kleiter won 8-4 over Riley Sandham/Brendan Craig (Guelph, ON) in the semifinals of the 2024 Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier in Abbotsford, British Columbia; and won 7-6 over Jennifer Jones/Brent Laing (Barrie, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier in Abbotsford, British Columbia;

Tran/Kleiter finished 4-2 in the 25-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tran/Kleiter defeated Cheryl Damen/Tyler Van Amsterdam (Edmonton, AB) 10-9, then went on to lose 6-4 against Weagle/Epping. Tran/Kleiter lost 7-6 to Nancy Martin/Steve Laycock (Saskatoon , SK) where Tran/Kleiter responded with a 7-4 win over Kaylee Raniseth/Evan Crough (Calgary, AB). Tran/Kleiter won 7-6 against Brett Barber/Mitch Heidt (Kerrobert, SK) to advance to the C-Qualifier where they 5-4 against Taylor Reese-Hansen/Corey Chester (Victoria, BC) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier Championship title, Tran/Kleiter earned 37.500 world rankings points. For week 14 of the event schedule, Tran/Kleiter did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Tran/Kleiter ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
