Armstrong/Griffith Reaches 2024 Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier Semifinals

Jennifer Armstrong/Tyrel Griffith (Kelowna, BC) run at the 2024 Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier came to an end in the semifinals with a 10-5 loss to Lisa Weagle/John Epping (Toronto, ON). of the 2024 Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier in Abbotsford, British Columbia; Armstrong/Griffith advanced through the quarterfinals with a 7-3 win over Courtney Woo/Daniel Wenzek (New Westminster, BC).

Armstrong/Griffith finished 3-0 in the 25-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Armstrong/Griffith defeated Shawna Jensen/Daniel Deng (Victoria, BC) 10-6, then won 8-3 against Taylor Reese-Hansen/Corey Chester (Victoria, BC) to advance to the A-Qualifier where they 9-6 against Laura Walker/Kirk Muyres (Edmonton, AB) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

Armstrong/Griffith earned 21.250 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier. For week 14 of the event schedule, Armstrong/Griffith did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
