To advance to the championship game, Calvert won 7-0 over Steve Irwin (Brandon, MB) in the semifinals of the 2024 MCT Atkins Curling Supplies Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; and won 7-2 over Jordan Peters (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 MCT Atkins Curling Supplies Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada;
Calvert finished 5-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Calvert defeated Ryan Ostrowsky (Winnipeg, MB) 1-0, then won 5-3 against Jace Freeman (Virden, MB) and 8-4 against Hayden Forrester (Winnipeg, MB). Calvert won 9-8 against Peters, then won 6-2 against Sean Grassie (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the MCT Atkins Curling Supplies Classic Championship title, Calvert earned 15.000 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 10 of the event schedule, Calvert did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Calvert ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
