In their opening game, Skaslien/Nedregotten defeated Katrine Schmidt/Jacob Schmidt (Hvidovre, DEN) 6-3, then won 9-2 against Bonnie Nilhamn/Paavo Kuosmanen (Hyvinkaa, FIN) and 8-6 against Vanessa Tonoli/Wouter Gosgens (Zoetermeer, NED).
