Fredrik Nyman (Solleftea, SWE) won 4-1 over Andreas Harstad (Oslo, NOR) in the Final of the Tallinn Mens International Challenger, held September 26 - 29, 2024 at the Tondiraba Ice Hall in Tallinn, Estonia. To advance to the championship game, Nyman won 4-3 over Jan Iseli (Solothurn , SUI) in the semifinals   of the 2024 Tallinn Mens International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia, Estonia; and won 8-1 over Matias Hanninen (Hyvinkaa, FIN) in the quarterfinals.  of the 2024 Tallinn Mens International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia, Estonia; 
 
Nyman finished 5-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nyman defeated Switzerland's Gian Wildhaber 6-3, then won 5-0 against Harstad and 6-4 against Martins Truksans (Riga, LAT). Nyman won 10-7 against Eduard Nikolov (Kyiv, UKR), then won 7-1 against Axel Landelius (Mjolby, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Tallinn Mens International Challenger Championship title, Nyman earned 15.000 world rankings points along with the $1,808CDN first prize cheque. For week 9 of the event schedule, Nyman did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Nyman ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
