To advance to the championship game, Godsland won 7-6 over Stacie Curtis (St John's, NL) in the semifinals of the 2024 Rick Rowsell Classic in St. John's;

Godsland finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Godsland lost 6-5 to Boland, droppimg another game, 10-4 to Curtis where Godsland responded with a 7-4 win over Cailey Locke (St. John's, NL). Godsland won 8-2 against Wendy Dunne (St. John's, NL), then won 8-7 against Megan Blandford (St. John's, NL) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Rick Rowsell Classic Championship title, Godsland earned 3.750 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 40 spots the World Ranking Standings into 157th place overall with 6.375 total points. Godsland ranks 156th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 3.750 points earned so far this season.
