Mallais finished 3-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mallais defeated Melissa Adams (Fredericton, NB) 5-4, then won 8-4 against Brooke Godsland (St. John's, NL) and 7-4 against Theresa Breen (Halifax, NS). Mallais went on to lose 6-0 against Tanya Hilliard (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Mallais earned 4.250 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Superstore Lady Monctonian.
