Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) won 8-3 over Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) in the Final of the Womens Masters Basel, held September 20 - 22, 2024 at the Curlingzentrum Region Basel in Arlesheim, Switzerland. To advance to the championship game, Tirinzoni won 8-4 over Fay Henderson (Stirling, SCO) in the semifinals of the 2024 Womens Masters Basel in Arlesheim, Switzerland, Switzerland; and won 7-3 over Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 Womens Masters Basel in Arlesheim, Switzerland, Switzerland;

Tirinzoni finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Vera Kalocsai-van Dorp (Budapest, HUN) 9-0, then won 7-3 against Liisa Turmann (Tallinn, EST) and 7-5 against Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI). Tirinzoni won 9-0 against Dupont in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Womens Masters Basel Championship title, Tirinzoni earned 37.500 world rankings points along with the $17,529CDN first prize cheque. For week 8 of the event schedule, Tirinzoni did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Tirinzoni ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
