Jason Jacobson (Saskatoon, SK) lost 5-2 to Kelly Knapp (Regina, SK) in the Final of the Regina Highland SaskTour Spiel, held October 11 - 14, 2024 at the Highland Curling Club in Regina, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Jacobson won 9-5 over Michael Carss (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2024 Regina Highland SaskTour Spiel in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 8-5 over Charley Thomas (Saskatoon, SK) in the quarterfinals.

Jacobson finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jacobson lost 7-0 to Knapp, droppimg another game, 9-2 to Randy Bryden (Regina, SK) where Jacobson responded with a 7-4 win over Jared Tessier (Saskatoon, SK). Jacobson won 8-3 against Dustin Kalthoff (Saskatoon, SK), then won 5-3 against Ben Gamble (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Regina Highland SaskTour Spiel, Jacobson take home 8.250 world rankings points along with the $1,445CDN prize. For week 11 of the event schedule, Jacobson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Jacobson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
