To advance to the championship game, Bush/Philips won 9-0 over Kelly Danahey/Ben Allain (Denver, CO) in the semifinals of the 2024 Cincinnati Mixed Doubles Cup in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; and won 7-5 over Maribeth Oblander/Jason Oblander (Chagrin Falls, OH) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 Cincinnati Mixed Doubles Cup in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States;

Bush/Philips finished 3-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bush/Philips defeated Vanessa Williams/Tom Straub (Nashville, TN) 7-6, then won 10-9 against Olivia Stella/Andy Carle (Lafayette, CO) and 9-3 against Lauren McNary/Scott Granger (Cincinnati, OH) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Cincinnati Mixed Doubles Cup, Bush/Philips take home 2.750 world rankings points along with the $1,400CDN prize.
