Brody Hanson (Fredericton, NB) run at the 2024 Superstore Monctonian Challenge came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-4 loss to Kendal Thompson (Halifax, NS).

Hanson finished 2-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hanson lost 8-3 to Matthew Manuel (Halifax, NS), then responded with a 6-4 win over Scott Jones (Moncton, NB). Hanson went on to lose 11-4 against Rene Comeau (Fredericton, NB). Hanson responded with a 6-3 win over Damien Lahiton (Moncton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.

Hanson earned 1.813 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Superstore Monctonian Challenge, moving up 135 spots the World Ranking Standings into 277th place overall with 2.282 total points. Hanson ranks 235th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.001 points earned so far this season.
