Kaldvee/Lill finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kaldvee/Lill defeated Sophie Jackson/Duncan McFadzean (Stirling, GBR) 6-4, then won 8-4 against Julie Zelingrova/Vitek Chabicovsky (Prague, CZE) and 8-7 against Hasselborg/Eriksson.
