Chloe Johnston (Regina, SK) won 6-0 over Holly Hafeli (Kamloops, BC) in the Final of the Canada West Curling Championships, held January 31 - February 1, 2025 at the Calgary Curling Club in Calgary, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Johnston won 6-3 over Mahra Harris (Victoria, BC) in the semifinals of the 2025 Canada West Curling Championships in Calgary, Alberta, Canada;
 
Johnston finished 3-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Johnston defeated Cameron Kuzma (Lethbridge, AB) 8-4, then won 7-3 against Chelsea Taylor (Vancouver, BC) and 5-4 against Serena Gray-Withers (Edmonton, AB). Johnston went on to lose 8-6 against Keelie Duncan (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Canada West Curling Championships Championship title, Johnston earned 3.750 world rankings points. Johnston move up 38 spots after posting a net gain of 3.152 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 137th overall with 7.875 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Johnston ranks 137th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.875 points earned so far this season.
