To advance to the championship game, Craik won 8-3 over Kyle Waddell (Stirling, SCO) in the semifinals of the 2025 Sun City Cup in Karlstad, Sweden; and won 6-4 over Andreas Harstad (Oslo, NOR) in the quarterfinals. of the 2025 Sun City Cup in Karlstad, Sweden;
Craik finished 3-0 in the 28-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Craik defeated Kristian Lindstroem (Karlstad, SWE) 6-4, then won 11-1 against Burak Aytac Atac (Ankuva, TUR) and 6-3 against Jacob Schmidt (Hvidovre, DEN) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Sun City Cup Championship title, Craik earned 30.000 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN first prize cheque. Craik move up 7 spots after posting a net gain of 26.25 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 19th overall with 144.375 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Craik ranks 19th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 144.375 points earned so far this season.
